Load maps the knee

Knee pain is rarely just the knee. This lesson maps thigh, knee and lower leg load, and retests real movement like the squat and the stairs.

For anterior knee pain on stairs or squat with poor lateral hip control, map the hip, quad, calf and foot load, then retest the squat. Treat the chain, not the joint in isolation.
