Body Regions
IN THIS LESSON
Past the muscle, into the pathway
This lesson includes neurological screening. Refer on progressive weakness, saddle numbness, or bladder or bowel change.
Low back pain is rarely one muscle. This lesson separates local lumbar ache from radicular symptoms, and uses the thoracolumbar fascia and breath as broad, low threat inputs rather than deep poking.
For back ache with leg symptoms, screen red flags and neuro signs first, and avoid aggressive hamstring stretch when there is neural sensitivity. For local guarding, apply broad fascia and QL work, retest, and stop digging locally if the output does not change. No change is data.
